does an 8 ohm speaker set make better AND louder sound than a 6 ohm?

I have Emerson 8 ohm speakers in my back seat, and im wondering if the bigger AIWA 6 ohm speakers will make better AND louder sound

    the lower the ohms the bigger the power.
