    I think age brings on self depreciation . As a senior citizen, I cannot do ANYTHING like I did 20 or 30 years ago, but that is just the cycle of LIFE. I do not think it is a lack of respect for myself. To everything there is a season.

    Definitely lack of respect. But in some case, modesty is better.

    I think the intent is modesty, but it shows up as lack of respect for yourself sometimes
