How to fit Quad QMD-5 mechanical brake calipers to MTB?
I am replacing my inadequate non-brand calipers with Quad QMD5 calipers. The problem is I can see no way to secure the brake line to the caliper.
On the actuator arm (the lever that moves up to bring the pad against the disc) there is an allen key bolt with a washer on it, but no obvious way to secure the brake line to this point.
Anybody with any experience of fitting mechanical disc brakes for a mountain bike, or who has Quads, please help me out. I need to get out on my bike asap!
Thanks and happy riding, Glenn (UK)

What isn't obvious? the brake cable goes between the washer and the lever arm, then the hex bolt is tightened to hold it in place. I took one look at a picture and it was easy to understand what to do. If you can't figure it out yourself, you have to have this done by a bike mechanic
