blue screen of death ...?

You could try erasing everything and re-installing the operating system and everything else but that may not even fix it. Sometimes it just won't work.

As for the BSOD.. It could just be down the the game.

Yeah dude i hate that. i bought my new laptop last summer and the BSOD started in september and still once in a while it does that. Try reformatting your system. but that didnt help me either. For me, it does that whenever I am on youtube, strange... I know. but everytime i am watching something. BOOM

take it to the store you bought it from and they will definitely fix it. I am taking mine to the store and they say they are going to give me a new one but the same model.

Well, you'll want to tell us what's on the error screen, or look yourself, and see what files are identified.

Then repair them, because it's likely some bad driver you'll need to update or reinstall.

what graphic card you are using because this problem can be solved by changing some configuration

go to control panel-adminstrative tools -event viewer check system or application error u will get ur answer

that is very unusual. You should contact steam/valve about it. Maybe they can address your issue and patch it.
