My emotions fluctuate a lot, some days i can be really motivated !!! So motivated that i decide to start learning a certain topic, e.g. Lately ive been learning programming, before that it was italian. While im motivated i love it, enjoy gaining experience etc ... Then at some point my motivation completely burns out (always!!!!) i find myself thinking .... "What is the point in doing anything in life if eventually were just gonna die anyway" i mean i could put numerous hours into programming and maybe eventually make my own game!! but at the end of the day, when its all said and done and all that effort has been spent ... Will it really matter ?! I think not.

I really wish i could just be consistently motivated and finish what i start, how can i do this? Any life tips haha ?

This is soo awkward to say, but thinking about it, i have no friends :/ ive moved to uni and it seems ALL my mates from back home have forgotten about me, despite my effort to contact them, even at uni i dont feel like ive made strong friendships, just people i say hi to really :( and its not like i havent made any effort at socials.

One of my best mates from back home invited me to go out with him and two others of our best mates, i was happy ... it would be the 4 of us :) but they kinda just stopped talking to me and today i saw ( on facebook) the 3 of them out, without me. I feel unwanted and used, all this effort ive made to make friends in the past is for nothing, there all gone :(

What do i do ? How do i stop myself feeling so depressed ? Did my friend feel pressured into asking me out ? If soo i feel even more unwanted :(

right, i need to sort an issue with myself out. i need to be honest with myself because when i imagine emergencys or disasters strike i imagine myself being like a hero i guess :/ however in reality this is not the case, i usually just stand in shock or fright like a pussy, it has happened a few times and i shut down and didnt know what to do. why am i such a pussy when it comes to emergencys, and how can i become pro active so that next time something bad happens, i dont just stand ther .. i go help and do my part ?

basically i recently brought homefront which needed a steam activation for me to play it. that was fine, i downloaded the content through steam via using an instilation disk. now every time i go to play homefront my computer stops working and then automatically gos to a blue screen with error messages and restarts itself. (ive turned off automatic shutdown through advanced computer settings) i dont understand what is happening can somebody help me ? all my other games work fine its just homefront that seems to result in the blue screen of death. please help ?? thankyou xx

Anyone who has call of duty 4 on a PC could you tell me if on the back of the case it has a controller for enabeling an xbox 360 controller to play the pc version. Cod 5 has but i want to know bout cod 4 ? Dont question why im playing wid a controller on a pc i jus prefer it :) xx

can anyone give me some websites that are not scams for selling fake ids, im 17 and 18 in 8 months but im young compared to everyone in my year so really want to go out asap. most sites have been blacklisted as scam sites tho so i dont wanna give debit card details just incase. does anyone know any sites that are decent ? i know that fake ids are not legitimate, but i want one that is decent and will get me past bouncers at clubs etc ... i will of course face the consequences if i get caught but please help direct me to a decent website for fake ids xx

my laptop has just broken and it is a year away til uni, this could be my chance to buy a pc or just buy another laptop. i was thinking of a macbook pro for the laptop and not really sure with the pc but i want it for things like pro desktop, photoshop and cad software, along with online entertainment e.g. 4od. basically whatever i buy i will use for evrything which makes me think about mobility ? say a 13 inch macbook pro may not be as powerful as a pc for the same price but i will be able to put it in my bag without carrying it around, take it out in classes or lectures whenever. just think that sounds easier ? what do you think i should do ? also if i have a pc and dont want to leave it in my flat in holidays it will be a hassle taking it back and fourth on the train so it doesnt get stollen, even tough its going to benefit me more power wise. help !

I am a 17 year male alevel student and i need revision tips basically, i find it really difficult to concentrate and apparantly learn by doing practical things which is probably why im good at art, however im struggling to revise for psychology as i get bored of reading out of a text book really easy and end up playing xbox, going round girlfriends or tv (there the easy option to revision) i fear i need to stop myself from doing these things and force myself to revise ! How do i do this ??? And any revision tips at all would really help me, thankyou for taking time to read this :) xx

Right, every so often i have to clear my head. Around friends and family im a happy being but every so often (maybe once a month) i get depressed, i think about everything at once and its overwhelming ! E.g. Last month i had to go for a run in a field alone to clear my mind and between me and yahoo i was crying every second ... I dont know why, there was just so many things goin on in my mind (questions about life and quite deep thoughts that jus depress me). I dont really know if that makes sense but if it dos to anyone could you tell me why my mind dos this ? Why cant i be constantly happy ? Is there anyway to stop these depressive mood states i get in ? Thankyou for anyone who has taken their time to advise me :) xx

earlier my nan experienced a weird phenomenon. she told us of how she turned the tv off and apparantly "dashing through the snow" xmas song started playing. a year ago a member of the family died and years and years ago the ex-member of the family gave my nan a christmas present with a little box and when you opened it "dashing through the snow" would play. my nan said the song earlier was exactly the same as the one in the box even though the box is in the loft and would be too quite to be heard. is there any psychological explanations to this ? maybe some emotional attachment of some sort ? i could tell she meant it because she was crying when she told us the story. x
