how to be pro active in an emergency ?!?
right, i need to sort an issue with myself out. i need to be honest with myself because when i imagine emergencys or disasters strike i imagine myself being like a hero i guess :/ however in reality this is not the case, i usually just stand in shock or fright like a pussy, it has happened a few times and i shut down and didnt know what to do. why am i such a pussy when it comes to emergencys, and how can i become pro active so that next time something bad happens, i dont just stand ther .. i go help and do my part ?

I get that too but I don't feel the need to be all heroic. Afterwards I feel like an as swipe for not helping. Heres a few words, If they don't ask for help, they don't need the help.
