Vancouver, Toronto, or Ottawa? One of those 3 teams is going to being Canada's Cup back home where it belongs.

The Maple Leafs are Canada's team. Look at how much media attention the Maple Leafs get compared to every other NHL team in Canada. The proof is in the pudding, don't you think?

Two different questions here, The Winnipeg Jets are Canada's team this year just because they are the biggest story of the year. Everybody loves the fact Canada got another team back. Any other year it would be a toss up between Toronto and Montreal depending on who you ask. The best Canadian team with a chance at winning the cup is Vancouver.

Good question, I usually like to wait and see what Canadian team is performing well in the playoffs before calling them Canada's team. But I guess if we have to back a Canadian team right now I would say the Canucks, I'm just not too sure that they will do that well in the play-offs this season.

I'm keeping my eye on the young rebuilding Senators they might surprise a few teams if they can stay in the playoffs. The Leafs don't have the Goaltending or defence to be called Canada's team.

    Toronto.

Given that the Canucks have a better season so far, Toronto is the biggest hockey hotspot on the planet --- no questions asked. The Maple Leafs have gone since '67 without a Stanley Cup and still continue to sellout. The Maple Leafs have gone since the lockout without even touching the playoffs and still continue to sellout. Toronto is making their biggest playoff run in years. Ottawa was expected to come dead last in the east, yet they're making a run for the play-offs. That's not too rare, surprises always happen in sports. There wasn't a doubt the Canucks would make the play-offs again. Now it's the Leafs turn to be called the 2011-12 Canada's team. This is coming from a Habs fan.

Toronto is Canada's team every year until early April. That's when all the Leafs fans start to look for another team to cheer for in the playoffs.

If the cup goes to Canada I would personally like to see Toronto take it simply because Im a Phil Kessel fan, wish he had never left Boston

I think that if you're basing it on gameplay Canucks, fans=leafs, and canadiens for goaltending. and If you noticed the riot last year was mostly people that wanted to. why else would you bring bandanas to cover your faces? also some broke into stores and stole Canucks jerseys to put on. also many were bandwagon jumpers. also the TRUE Canuck fans stayed after and applauded the bruins politely
