What's the best category in finance money wise?

You always hear from movies and other people that bankers and investors are the richest people next to the doctors and celebrities. I was just wondering what is the best category in finance money wise.

Hedge fund owners are vastly richer than doctors and celebrities. There are hedge fund owners out there that have billion dollar years. Heck George Soros had a billion dollar DAY.
