Amazon Registration - Do i enter my full name?

Where it says 'My name is' do i put my full name or just my first name?

    You put you first Christian name and your Surname.

    Exactly the same you get on a letter addressed to you!

    Is there another field that says surname?

    If not put your full name.

    Probably your full name because your name will be on your packages that you order.
