It depends what it's about or what point of view it's from (like a narrator telling the story, or Romeo or Juliet telling the story). Some suggestions could be:
-The Tragedy of Romeo and Juliet
-The Tragic Story of Two Star-Crossed Lovers
-Romeo/Juliet, My Love
Stuff like that... Hope this helped!!:)
