opinions on my workout ?

i'm 143 pound and 5'5 .. down from 175 ..

i'm flabby now and still have belly.. if i want to tone up and lose my stomach

    Swimming is one the most intense muscle workout there is . I would say either cycling or jogging but your already doing swimming dudes.
