¿COMO SABER SI MI RED LOCAL LOCAL ESTA FALLANDO?

quisiera saber dond falla mi red local lo k pasa esk estoy trabajando con 20 maquinas y el internet se descvonecta y aveces m dice servidor no encontrado aprte de eso cuando quiero conectarme a una maquina m dice k no tengo acceso y si tengo en las otras maquinas k puedo hacer ayuda porfavor
