Lost love Poem: Reward if found?
I read a love poem in an english literature textbook for a class a couple of years ago, I forgot the name and author and can't seem to find the poem online.
The poem says something like: Don't love me like a chili pepper..... don't love me like (something else).... Then at the end it says"love me like a dream, for dreams are your hope in the day and your life in the night"
-For some reason "of love" by francis bacon comes to mind but I think that might be another poem I am confusing it with.
So lol, reward I guess is best answer
