Manchester United have already got one foot into round 3

They will most likely face Athletec Bilbao 1 goal down from their first leg but having the all-important away goal

Manchester City already in the round 3 will most likely face Sporting Lisbon

Both Athletec & Sporting will be hard games for the Manchester clubs

After round 3 who knows what the draw will through up

And so I think there is less than a 50% chance of seeing both teams progress to the final

It depends on whether Ferguson and Mancini field respectable squads every game. If they value the EPL over the Europa League (which im sure they do) I think one of them may slip up starting a team of subs versus an inspired European squad

Yes, I'm counting on it.

It will be a great final.

Needless to say, Man United will be the Cup holders at the end.
