IS THIS BAD?!?!?!?! HELP..?

ok, so i aaalwaaays feel bad after eating fattty foods/ or lots of food!

i had two doughnuts this morning at 10am, and now i don't want to eat my dinner! not because i'm full.. because i feel guilty for eating before! i don't want to clog my body up with more rubbish! in my day to day life i do eat healthy, fruit, veg, drink loads of water! it's just eating 'bad' foods i get worried, and dont want to eat much.. i get scared. help? advise? anyone else have this problem? what do i do? thankyou for your time x

    Watch out, too much water can actually poison you. It is not well publicized but true. It is actually more dangerous than eating donuts. Hugs Sweetie

    Hahaha ! This happens well it's not a big deal though. I also feel worried at times when i am eating unhealthy. I never had the problem of eating more than enough. Don't worry. There is no need to be scared. Try to have a timetable for the day on things that you should eat. Stick to that. Exercise and drink plenty of water. No tension.

    It's probably not the healthiest mind set to have.

    You can treat yourself every once in awhile, as long as you take into consideration the calories that you are consuming and fat content, and don't do it every day.

    On days that you are going to 'treat' yourself then try to incorporate some high intensity work outs in order to burn off the calories that you consumed. You won't feel so guilty that way.

    But depriving yourself for the rest of the day because you had a treat is not healthy... you need to keep your sugars up, and your energy or you're going to feel drained.

    You already know that it isn't healthy to do this every day. As has already been said, don't do this every day but do it occassionally - that is called living. Treat yourself now and again. The rest of the time follow a healthy diet.
