eat less junk food. drink less of anything with soda. eat plenty of fruits and veggies, have only eggs, boneless skinless chicken breast, fish. drink at least 2 ltrs (8cups) water a day and if you drink coffee or tea, don't add sugar or milk/cream.
avoid processed food. if you don't prepare it yourself, you have no idea what's in it, some chemicals in it can lead to weight gain and normally it's not very filling but has plenty of calories.
walking, running, riding your bike, dancing, etc are all good exercises for weight/fat loss.
next add strength training (lunges, squats, situps, hamstring curls, hip abduction, hip adduction, gluteal flex, alternate gluteal squeeze, heel raises, oblique curls, reverse torso curls, pushups, 1 arm back rows, reverse shoulder press, lateral shoulder raises, bicep curls, tricep extensions, stomach vacuums, bicycles)
but if you're just curvy, I don't see why you would want to lose weight.

Eat small meals throughout the day instead of 3 large meals, get active when you can, and don't eat fattening foods.

You need to start walking every day. Stop the couch potato lifestyle and get moving.
You've got to move it move it.

Try this out. And toning up, is getting off your lazy *** and exercising.
It isn't magic. Unless you're paris hilton.

Lose. One 'o'. Don't eat so much. Common sense.
