What is the easiest way to remove the paper off the floor from linoleum?
I removed the three layers of linoleum but the paper stayed. The house is from the 70s, so I think the floor was never completely removed.

Soak the paper with hot water and scrape with a 4 " razor scraper, but you ll still have the glue to deal with. And depending what your putting back down, you may or may not have to do that. Sometimes the paper doesn t even have to come all the way up.
