How do you handle working in an office with women that are drop dead gorgeous and not stare all the time?

I work in the office with some ladies that are just stunning beautiful. How do you not stare at them all the time and not be accused of harassment or some other politically non-correct garbage? I am not politically correct.

Ah yes, it is downright political correctness to suggest men have the will power to not leer.  

I suspected it all along.  Men: unable to control their own actions.

You ask them what they think you should do about it.  After all, you know you are doing it and I'm sure they do to.  Say something polite and complimentary.  I don't think they would mind.
