In real estate, what does CDC mean?
In searching for rentals, I often see the letters CDC used...seemingly as a possible 'program' of some kind. Anyone know what this refers to?

Probably Community Development Corporation - a non-profit group (in some cities) that tries to help get people into houses they otherwise couldn't afford but usually working only in certain (usually more run down) neighborhoods. May or may not be supported by the city.
