What can you send to Ranger school students?

Are you allowed to send small packages? If so, what can you put in there? Thanks.

Update:

I was thinking about sending a few things he may need, like tan shirts 550 cord, etc. Does it change anything as far as acceptable things to send? He still has a ways to go.

    Don't send packages - just letters. And it's only two months - you might consider just waiting.

    Don't send anything. There is a very strict rules regarding what is and what isn't contraband.
