I gave a 30 day notice to Landlord. I signed agreement to give 60 days notice?

Here is the thing. He is moving back and asked me to move out in 60 days. I found a new place right away so told him I will give him 30 days notice. He said I should uphold my agreement of giving him 60 days notice but I feel since he is kicking me out in 60 days then the agreement would be somewhat void. What would be the law? I have lived her two years and he did tell me he eventually he would move back.

The law would say you have to give 60 days. That's what the CONTRACT said. He is giving YOU 60 days, and you have to do the same.

The law is considered "contract law". You agreed in a contract to give 60 day...so contract law requires you to give the notice you agreed to.

Mainly he's asking you pay two more months of rent. You may not be done paying your lease off which is 12 months due time.
