Drinking and Driving Mumbai traffic officers scope of limitation under law while checking?

I was checked by traffic police yesterday night at around 11 pm @ Andheri for Drinking and driving officers tried six times breathannlizer on me it was not showing alchohol level more then 30 mg which i belive is allowed. After then they still kept on insisting me to do it again and again officer kept on pushing my stomuck , my head and my chicks. after that both breathannalizer machine in side and called somone else took his breath by using one of the annalizer and told him in leave and suddenly told me that one of the breathannalizer which was lying on the on the car is now showing 59mg which mine...alomost and my mouth was not there on the machine at that time i did not realise that i am being trapped may be they had some targets to finish. Officers told me to sign some recipt,took my car and took me to juhu police station and told me to pay Rs.2100/- and come on after two days go to court and say what you have to say. In this how do i defend my self as on that day i only had one breezer which was at 7 pm evening. i dont know how to take official report that they took six trial on me with breathanlizer. My mistake was i told officer truth that i had breezer at 7pm and its 11pm now. Can i Fight in the court is it worth it ? can they under there scope of duty behave in this fashion? What is there scope or rights while cheking? can they they be fined for misbehaviour?
