Some are good, some are bad. So there is no peace in the world, there is terror, there are wars. What is the reason ?

People have different morals and perceptions of what good actually is. example- some people would call someone who smokes weed once a week a bad person regardless of anything good that person does. that same person could think they're a good person but believe in abortion whereas a lot of people would label them bad because their against it. i could go on but you probably get it.
there's a fine like between good & bad. people don't realise it.

Some people's moral compass are out of place. For example, the Muslim extremists believe that Allah is telling them to kill anyone who doesn't believe in him.
