The Tanzania parks service has a great website with information on the different parks, including this page with information on prices:

For individuals aged 16 and over it is $35, for those from 5 to 15 years old it is $10 and free for those under the age of five. There are also assorted fees for camping, or automobiles that are also included on the website.
