how can i explain myself in this situation?
last thursday, i swapped out some of the sounds on windows on the school's computers as a prank. reminiscent of this one http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RSgX0vDN5I8
i do this one often, i do it in the morning, leave it on for the day, and restore the original sounds the next morning. this time, i walked in, saw a piece of paper over the screen that read "Ordi en panne" (computer is out of order) and the power cable removed so i couldn't change the sounds back. today (sunday) i tried to log in via FTP to get some homework and my password doesn't work. how do i explain myself tomorrow (monday) when they most certainly will ask about it?
i think the main beef they have is that i had to boot with a linux flash drive, move the other sounds to a folder and replace them with ones i prepared at home (so i could be in and out in 5 minutes). their problem is that i had to physically change the contents of the C:\ drive
