How does the way of life in Feudal times , helped to sustain the idea that progress is not desirable?

can anybody help me answer this question? I'm suppose to write an assay about it , and i don't know where to start? please i really need help :/

    well, if you are going to write an essay about it, then you are going to need to find credible sources and do considerable research so that you can have some facts to support your thesis. Research was hard for me when I was in school. it can often be difficult to find a sufficient amount of facts and statistics from reliable sources. teachers will commonly require that you cite several books and a variety of different sources. librarians will be your best helpers in your research process, I can only speculate.

    since life in medieval and feudal times was characterized by violent conflict over territory, Id guess that progress would be geared towards developing and advancing military weaponry and technology. even wealthy men today would rather have a harem of woman and fleet of serfs over swords and shields, if that makes any cents...

    I do know that there is a show from the History Channel called "angels:good or evil" that said Satan would go around promoting greed, dissention, and death...just dont ask these pea-brained evolved atheist apes today what that means, Satan is most likely hiding behind their black holes and they dont even know it, or do, but they claim to not even realize that they have souls so theres no telling...
