Take steamed asparagus and wrap three or four spears with thin slices of ham. Lay the ham/asparagus wraps in a casserole or shallow roasting pan and cover with a cheese sauce (basic bechamel with cheddar and parmesan). Put it in a 350° oven until with sauce begins to bubble and brown. Serve with a salad and sliced baguette.

Trim the ends of and put the tips on a rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with a bit of oil (1 tablespoon per bunch) and season with salt and pepper

Roast at 375 until tender, 11 to 13 minutes

If you want, drizzle the roasted asparagus with balsamic vinegar and/or sprinkle with Parmesan cheese

I like to lay some asparagus out on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with some seasoned bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Broil for 7-10 minutes. Delicious.

Olive Oil is great on asparagus! I simply place my asparagus in a dish...drizzle a little bit of olive oil and parmesan cheese :) there is a simple recipe below if you'd like to take a look

Cut off the hard "woody" bits. Place the remains upright, tips uppermost, in a saucepan of boiling water for about 5 minutes. Serve with Hollandaise Sauce.

Another nice one is to boil as above and use the spears to dip into a soft boiled egg.

You might like to try several spears tied in a bundle with a strip of bacon. Cook in oven or on BBQ until soft.

    Enjoy!

Steam it, serve it with Scrambled Eggs and cheese sauce for breakfast.

Cut into bite-size pieces and oven roast it with cut up onion, red and green peppers, green and yellow squash, drizzle with olive oil, add salt and pepper. Bake at 375 for about 20 minutes. Stir a few times.

I like tossing it in a tsp of olive oil with pepper and Mrs. Dash, and then roasting it in the oven. I also like it steamed with Hollandaise sauce.

You can cook it in a utensil with a spoon of oil. add salt and some spices like either pepper or chilli powder or you can get a variety of spices in indian store. cover and stir until cooked. then eat with rice or make a wrap.

You can dip in floor+cornflour batter and fry them.

Cook the pieces with rice in your meals and eat that.
