Why can't I stay focused when reading fiction books?
I have an extremely hard time trying to read fiction books. My parents really want me to read more and I've been trying, but I find fiction books very uninteresting.
Books with facts and stuff I find interesting, or maybe books that teach you how to do stuff. But seriously, when I'm reading a fiction but I just constantly realize I read 2 pages without even paying attention to what it says.

Maybe you haven't found the right book yet. Try new genres and see which one works for you. If nothing does, then maybe you aren't a reader at all. But you could end up enjoying things like biographies or journals. Try reading though.
