major period issue. help. PLEASE, omg.?
right, well; iv had my period for like 2 and a half years now (maybe longer) and for the first 2 night i am insanely heavy. i leak so much. and during the day, at school i leak. its horrible. luckily for me i have never been caught.
but yeah, during the day i can deal with it but at night, omg.
so, in april i am going to Cirque Du Soleil and having a night over where we are going to watch it and the night we are staying happens to be the first night of my period -_- i ddont know what to do? how can i prevent the leaking? im with my mum so if she see's that i have leaked i will be so embarassed ill like die:L it'll be so cringey.
so, how can i prevent the leakage, for that oone night? PLEASE HELP, omg!

Im just like you but mines always heavy. You cannot prevent it, but what i do is so it wouldnt leak, i put in a tampon and i put two pads on top of eachother so if it leakes it wont go through. Wish you luck xxx

don't be frightened approximately not utilising tampons or pushed into it.. you ought to use them once you experience waiting and function study up on them. attempt utilising the consistently pads with wings.. on your holiday . they are the thinnest yet in addition kinda long ... this might help capture something whilst sitting. get some snack ziplok baggage and/or some small plastic cope with baggage,from like ceremony help or some thing and fold them up small on your pocket. you could then placed the used one in there and close it up. letting your instructor be responsive to and asking her the place to place that's a resposible situation to do and he or she would be in a position to not be wierd approximately it.. maximum probably embarrassed for you not any different way around. stable luck and don't stress over it!!!
