For A,B,C and D divide the first part of the number by 6.02.
For the E,F and G, find out how many maoles there are and then multiply by Avagadro's number. To do this, divide the listed weight by the atomic weight of the element and then multiply by 6.02 x 10^23.

this is for finding moles in a given mass:
Take the given mass, in g. Divide it by molar mass of that element or compound (or multiply it by mol / x g). You will see that the units g (grams) cancel, leaving mol (moles).
Hope that helps! :D
