WASD Keys Not Functioning Propperly?

Alright, I just started having a minor Problem with my New HP Laptop: Whenever I was doing anything In game, the Windows Help Center Would come up, like I accidentally pressed the F1 Key, It got to be really annoying, and It even hapened when I was simply watching a Movie on my laptop and Hadn't pressed or Clicked anything for a solid 15 Minutes.

So I went into Windows, Found the WinHelpPane.exe And MOVED it to a folder on my desktop.

Then I started having problems with my Windows Key? Like the Key was held down, (Down arrow minimized window. Just pressing the L Key locked my computer.) SO I simply played with the Windows Key (Pressing it alot, and fixed it.)

After this is when my Problem with the WASD Keys arose. I has become a huge problem. As my laptop's keyboard isn't working like it is supposed too. I typicaly Used the Right Shift Key for all my shifting, But SHIFT-E doesn't work. Like it DOSN'T EVEN REGISTER (had to type all that with the Left Shift) And I just found out while typing this, that the LEFT shift doens't Like the C Key (Right shift for that letter)

Also, at start up. Before my laptop even boots Winows It displays like the Laptop information

Stuff like "HP-DV6QUAD CORE" just System info. Makes me Pressed ESC to continue booting.. Immediately following this. It brings me to "Pick an Opporating System" Which my only Choice is Windows 7..

I did NOT touch anything in the BIOS.

I do NOT have a virus (Booted into safemode and scanned with Kaspersky 2012)

So Any Ideas? I'm curious to see if a system Restore would fix my Key issue, then I could try to fix my Windows Help issue another way.
