Im 13 and im 5 '4 and weight 150. Please dont tell me im fat or anything, because i dont look the least bit fat. I cant stop crying and i just dont know how to lose the weight . My mom wont buy me any programs and i dont have money:((( please help im soooo upset

You need to lose about 20 lbs, you can manage that losing 10lbs a month. You don't need some expensive program to help you lose weight, you're young, meaning you're even more capable of doing it than someone older.
You just need to get out and run your hardest, jog, fast walk for 30 minutes per day, until you're sweating. Change your diet.
No more soda, coffee, white breads, pasta, pizza, cake. Eat wheat stuff. Lean meats. Flavored water.
