What to eat to get a 6 pack?

so im 17 y/o male and in school and i want to get my abs going. i can feel them under the fat but my system is weight train, 15 min of cardio, and 15 to 20 min of abs. now what do i eat along with this im 5,10 and about 160 so i want to keel the weight not loose it. so can u give me meal options for breakfast lunch and dinner and remember im in school

    Protein and vegetables mainly, and then whole grains like brown rice, whole wheat toast. Low sugar.

    breakfast:

    -Egg white scramble (do 4 egg whites or or scramble 3 egg whites to 1 yolk.) side of whole wheat toast and some fruit (grapes, grapefruit, berries, orange slices)

    -Whole grain cereals (i.e. traderjoes multigran 'cheerios' <very yummy or their high fiber cereal, even better for you) with banana slices, blueberries, etc.

    -Cottage cheese and apple sauce

    -Whole wheat toast with a slice of turkey and scrambled eggwhites on top

    -Eggwhite omelet or scramble with broccoli, spinach, garlic, sundried tomatoes, a little cheese, avocado, whatever you like. have it with a whole wheat english muffin or toast

    -half an avocado on toast with a bit of salt and pepper (add tomatoes if you like) (avocados are high in fat but these are GOOD fats that your body needs. it also sustains you for longer and gives you energy)

    Lunch (for school):

    - Pita chips or pita bread, hummus, carrots, celery, tomatoes.

    - Whole wheat crackers with turkey, cheese slices, grapes

    - Turkey sandwich on wholewheat bread (there is whole wheat sourdoughs, etc. it doesnt have to be that square fluffy sandwich bread)

    - Salads

    dinner:

    -Baked or grilled chicken breast with vegetables. (tonight i made baked chicken breast with asparagus. coat the chicken breast with olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper, and then dip into a mixture of bread crumbs and parmesan [about 1/4 breadcrumbs and 1/4 cup parmesan.] bake at 450 for 35 minutes. in the last 15 minutes add asparagus to the oven in a separate pan. first lightly coat with olive oil, salt and pepper and garlic salt if u have it.) <SO GOOD

    - Meat (chicken or pork loin *pork loin is a really lean meat) with vegetable soup as a side.

    - pork loin with grilled onions and apples and potatoes

    - homemade pizza when you need something more fun. get wholewheat dough at trader joes, top with your favorite pasta sauce or pesto, put grated mozzarella on top and cook in the oven (425 for 12-15 minutes). You can get more creative, we put lots of veggies on top, or pineapple, or do bbq chicken pizza with bbq sauce red onions chicken and cilantro, and of course cheese)

    Well to get abs you have to work your abs and your lower back out to portion that part of the body. Then eat grilled chicked with no seasoning 6xs a day with asparagus and green beans with no salt and then change it up a little by just vegies. But it's manly the intake of carbs and calories not the cardio. Cardio is good, but ab workouts and eating healthy is good for it

    I think you got ot be careful of what you feed your dog. Even if he has alot of treets they are sick let alone 6 pack of sweetarts and the wrappers. I think you should see a vet out your dog and he'l tell you what to do and give your dog medience. You should either stop fedding your dog candy and give him dog food or treats. You should keep the candy well out they way of your dog. When dogs get older they start to act more and more like puppys. If you dont like your new vet go and find a new vet or just stand up to the new one. Hope this helps
