i have assassins creed 2 for my laptop with has the right stuff for this game (its a toshiba l305) and when i click play on the launcher it goes on , does the ubisoft thing then goes to that white screen where it says some stuff then exits and show aftergame report, help plz!!

First off, that "right stuff" you mention, comes in the form of integrated graphics, which, actually, are the wrong stuff.
Secondly, the parts where the computer "says some stuff" are important, so better pay attention next time because you could need that info to Google for a solution.
On the other hand, keeping in mind your poor graphics chip, your laptop most likely cannot handle the game, even in the resolution you are playing...
