In the Attack of the Clones, why did Mace Windu seem concerned after killing Jango Fett?

Hasn't he killed lots of other people?

    It didn't appear to be of concern, but in a heat of battle look like 'YEAH BOY TAKE THAT M**HER F**KER' or something like that.
