No way. that's an quite vulnerable argument. some thing could basically be seen incorrect if it reasons unhappiness. Homosexuality would not harm all and sundry, it could make people happy. It reasons not greater unhappiness than heterosexuality. i think of that once you're against homosexuality, you besides might might desire to be against having any style of intercourse for exhilaration (as hostile to for replica). additionally, it is not important if some thing isn't organic. that would not make it incorrect. Books, clothing, hospitals and the internet are actually not organic - that would not cause them to incorrect. As for faith - properly, in case you want to have self assurance some thing with out data, then that's as much as you, yet i don't think of that's a valid argument. Did God ever supply a reason homosexuality grew to become into 'incorrect'?

God intended there to be one man and one woman in a relationship because that's what Adam and Eve were but that is far too small a number for a statistical analysis! It would be like trying to estimate the range and ratio of different coloured marbles inside an opaque jar by pulling out two out of billions. What if Adam and Eve were black? Is it an abomination for white people to marry? What if they were short - does this mean god condemns the marriage of tall people?

The one about God making Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve.
Followed by it being "unnatural" by people who don't understand anything about sex, nature, or humans.
Yeah; many animals participate in homosexual activities.
If we're defining "natural" sex by creating a baby, then a lot of people are going to be pissed.
That means contraceptive is unnatural.
It means dildos, flesh lights, and other toys are unnatural.
It means rim jobs, blow jobs, anal sex (be it hetero or homo) is unnatural.
It means anything that isn't penis to vagina is unnatural.
Though most of them start out as
"I'm not homophobic, but:" I have no problem with saying that I would gladly take away another person's rights because their personal relationships make me uneasy.

@Pinkpout: You got it all wrong, darling. It's not Adam and Eve, it's Anna and Eve - AMIRITE FELLAS!?
...yeah anyway, I can't say there is one "specific" argument I hear, more like..there's one specific train of sh!t logic. It goes a little something like this:
"It's unnatural"
I give you a list - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_animals_displ... - of animals that display homosexual behavior. It's perfectly natural, as it turns out.
"It's a choice, and it's a wrong one / We're better than animals"
Not only is there no physical thing wrong with homosexuality, THE BIBLE ITSELF doesn't say what's wrong with it. Come to think of it, the bible doesn't really unpack any of it's rules, it just says to follow them. That's all well and good for easy ones like murder/theft, but there is no explanation as to why the homosexual act itself, or unwed sex, or "deviant sexual behavior" in general is an "abomination" to god. Oh and no, it isn't a choice. Did you choose to be heterosexual? If you did, I think that says more about you as a person than it does about your views on sexual behavior. Oh yeah, and we're apes.
"I think it's disgusting"
Well, great for you, you close-minded bigot. Kindly go f*ck yourself.

That they don't like thinking about it.
I never actually see/hear that argument in words - but that's what I 'hear' from their intent.
People who don't like homosexuality don't personally like the thought of homosexual sex, so they think their personal desires should be inflicted on everyone else.
Their logic is 'it subjectively disgusts me, so it should be banned'.
Well pineapples disgust me, and I don't think they should be banned. And as a heterosexual person, there are many heterosexual people whom I wouldn't want to imagine or watch having sex, as it would disgust me. That doesn't mean I would have the right to try and ban ceratins heterosexauls from having heterosexual sex, just because I don't want to imagine them doing it.

1. It doesn't line up with the chain of life. Man an man, nor woman and woman produce life.
2. It is self satisfying, therefore selfish in nature.
3. Medically speaking, it is unhealthy.
4. The moral majority tends to disapprove.
And I assume that you do not wish to here biblical reasons, so I'll not go there.

I mostly hear people just state that its wrong and then it goes on to 'homosexuality is a choice blabla... Anyway, even if they think it is a choice, let it be peoples choice to be happy regardless to which gender they are attractedd to.
I am just here to comment because I read liuzhou laowais comment ' God is heterosexual so should be the sons of adam' - As I just never met God, I just wondered if god is a he or she? and do they have a wife or a husband? and who is this wife or husband? i seriously never heard of gods 'partner'. so how am i to know that god is heterosexual?

1. It is a sin!
2. It is not natural
3. That is not gonna work. How do you have a baby?
4. if all people are gay humanity is doomed!
5. Once gays get married they will adopt and people will want all people to be gay and(see #4)

It's wrong, and we know that it's wrong because the Bible teaches us that it is wrong.
That is - by far - the most common argument that I have heard.

Homosex doesn't create babies!
Like there's any shortage of babies on the planet at the moment.
