brita replacement filter dirty?
i have a fairly new brita pitcher and just bought my first replacement filter. i took it out of the package and it looks dirty, like dirt smudged on it. i soaked it in water as instructed. is it supposed to look like this, or did i get a bad one?

You got a bad one.. contact customer care regarding this and they will explain.. it shouldn't be this dirty.. good luck!
