Making fun of the Soviet Union?

Question

I was thinking about making a Youtube channel about Tyranny.  I can do a pretty good Soviet style Russian accent.  The channel would be satire, where I would be promoting tyranny with a soviet flag in the background and I would have a soviet style hat and dress.  The Soviet Character that I would play is loyal to Stalin.  My motivation is primarily to entertain and secondly to send a message about the dangers of totalitarism.  There would be no mention of communism or Russian or China.
1, What is your nationality?
2, What would be your reaction to this?  Would it be funny?  Would it be offensive?
3, When you see the soviet union being made fun of on tv, what is your reaction?  For example, the Simpsons made fun of the Soviet union.

My biggest concern is that I might offend Chinese communists or Russians.  What do you think?

2.Well there is no such place as the soviet union anymore. As for United States world view belittling the former soviet union, the joke would be fully on you, I part own a business in St Petersburg, and go there in the northern hemisphere summer for business, May Day and summer festivals. 

Russia and the Ukraine have become one of the biggest international tourist destinations for tourists high profile international bands, and globally known DJ's and Broadway shows. All the international hotels chains, fashion designers and first class international restaurants are there. It's very modern, the streets are spotless, no graffiti or cracked sidewalks, all the parks and common public areas are all beautiful. So is the public transport, trains, light rail, trams, buses take you any where you want, there very clean. 

There's a lot of Chinese, Europeans and Commonwealth of nations citizens expats live there. They have China town's, little Italy's, etc there and most of the best night clubs and entertainment venues in the world are there. As well McDonald, Pizza hut, Domino's, there is absolutely nothing there at all that would stereotypical to with what you mentioned. With the new infrastructure, converting and remodeling heritage listed building's into luxury apartments and townhouses creating new inner city millionaire rows. A lot of local citizens can't afford the rent or rates or there are having to move, with the government selling a lot of public housing. Anywhere you go you always hear a lot of building, and construction noise. You might want to put that in your video, to give it more realism, it will make a few people laugh.        

3. Unlike Americans and Jews, we all laugh how the Simpsons writers, non educationally world view the world, with Americanized toilet humor. When we do it, Americans and Jews get uptight, angered, racially and politically opinionated, rather than laugh how we stereotype them in humor.
