My recruiter for the marines told me I need to lose 25 to 32 LBS any tips?

Okay so I'm eatin less and I cut out junk food do that's good, one day a week I go to a pool function (basically boot camp) and run 2 miles and do as many pull ups as I can which is .5. I been lifting weight for two days now (2-28-12) an I weighed my self today (2-28-12) and am currently 204 and I'm 5"6 5"7 and I'm a male is there any other advise anyone could give me preferably a guy, that could help me with what they do (did) or any websites that could help me? Ps. I'm 16 and a junior so I have a year and a half before the marines.

One day per week of running is not going to cut it. Add another day or two of cardio but don't overdo it or you might get injured. Just run 2-3 miles more per week and increase as you can. Improve you diet long term. Change bad habits now or you will struggle your whole career. Also, grow about 5 inches, which could happen.
