Fonts in Windows 2007?

I set my default font as Chaz (14) in Word 2007 which works perfectly. When I start a new document Chaz (14) is there. However, when I use the exclamations ( " ) to emphasize something, the font automatically changes to the font Arial (12). Then I have to highlight and change everything back to Chaz (14). This is irritating. I checked all the options in Word 2007 and can't find anything that will

remedy this. I went to Windows Help and could not find anything that would resolve this problem. There is probably a simple solution, but I can't find. :) So, I would sure appreciate some one offering an answer for me. Thanks.

    Delete your normal.dot file, restart Word, set the style Normal to Chaz, and save that to the standard template file (normal.dot).
