Will my dress turn out okay?
I bought a dress pattern at Fabricland that says for "stretch knits only" but I got fabric that is made of out cotton, will it still be okay? Will I have to make adjustments when I sew it?
Also, I want to line my dress because the fabric is really thin, but the pattern doesn't say anything about lining, so I'm wondering if I can line it or do I need to pick a different fabric?

Chances are it won't be OK. If your dress pattern is very loose ("semi-fitted" or "loose" fit) and the neckline is large and the waist is large, you might be able to squeeze into it without modifications. But then, you still want to use lining with this fabric? That is another mis-match between the pattern and the fabric. Pair that fabric with a pattern for wovens, with a lining, and use your current pattern with a knit.
