Braxton Hicks at 17 weeks?
I have been having bh contractions ALL day for the past two days. Today is the third day and they are still coming. Im also having cramping through my lower stomach and lower back. I have a killer headache that will not go away. I called the doctor and the nurse told me this is completely normal and not to worry about it. But ALL day long...?? They do not hurt, just uncomfortable. The cramping does hurt. I have tried EVERYTHING recommended to stop the bh with no avail. This is my second pregnancy. Is this "normal" or should I be worried?? TY.

It is normal. I started my BH contractions at 17 weeks as well. Some days it feels like I have them constantly and are so painful they take my breath away! Other days they barely come. I found drinking tons of water helps!! I would not be worried.

I have three youngsters (12,nine, and four). I had Braxton Hicks with my first two later in my being pregnant--like for the duration of the final trimester. However, with my final baby, I had them very early, round sixteen-20 weeks. I used to be alarmed bc they got here so much later with my first two youngsters. It used to be exceptional regardless that! I added as a rule---no untimely supply--the whole lot used to be average. I could, nonetheless, take it effortless if I had been having them. I used to be informed (by means of the OB nurse) to lie down and leisure in the event that they had been widespread. But I best had a couple of per week-similar to you! Don't fear, the whole lot will have to be exceptional.
