Looking for an app for a 5 year old boy- finding things?

I'm looking for an app that you "find" things in. It's kind of like the games for adults where they give you a list and you have to find all the things but is there a game that shows you pictures of what you need to find as he can't read all the words and I get tired of having to continually read the list for him!

    I've got a 'Where's Stig" game on my iPad, and my 5 year old daughter loves it. It's a Top Gear version of Where's Wally.

    Maybe try Where's Waldo? I think that game would be good.
