Trying to connect my acer E1-571 laptop to my LG TV via an HDMI cable but it won't work. Cable is definitely working as I checked with my ps3. It's on the right HDMI output on the tv but it just will not work. Laptop runs windows 8 for any directions anyone can give me thanks

It's kind of like the games for adults where they give you a list and you have to find all the things but is there a game that shows you pictures of what you need to find as he can't read all the words and I get tired of having to continually read the list for him!

It was an alien like creature who had to haunt a house. He had to scare the mum, dad, a child and the dog who I'm nearly sure was called Fido. The thing that did the haunting had a green head I think. Anyone know the name of it?

I would like to install a dog door for my dog in my back door. I have heard of ones that have a pendant for the dogs collar meaning it will only open when she tried to get through. I would like to use them for a piece of research but can only find short clips of the radio show but I would like a full text if there is one.

Is there such a thing as a sensor which could be plugged into a sky box and can pick up the remote control signal. I want to mount a tv on the wall but want to out the sky box in the cupboard beside it but run a lead out that has a sensor so that I can still control the sky box. Does such a thing exist and if so can anyone tell me where I would get one? Thanks for the help
