yugioh dueling network?

what is a good deck on dueling network that is ****NOT**** chain burn, final countdown, exodia, or some other win conditions that don't require attacking?

    Every deck posted above is for noobs.

    Try running Lightrays mixed with Lightsworn.

    I barely lose with them, the consistancy is surprising.
