My eye won't stop twitching. Should I be worried?

All day, I've noticed my top right eyelid has been twitching a lot. It stops for a while, but then starts back up again.

Am I lacking sleep or something? I just wonder why it's doing this.

Twitching eyelids is common and usually harmless. It can be caused by stress, fatigue or over use (eg. spending long hours in front of a computer screen). Make sure you are getting enough sleep and take frequent breaks during "screen time".
