Problem solving or problem-solving?

Which is more correct for the sentence below?

 Efficient skills include customer service, English communication, human relation, problem solving and computer operation.

Update:

Also, is it human relation or human relationS?

    "human relations" - note plural. "Problem-solving" Possiblt "IT competence" rather than "computer operations".

    I also question the need for "efficient" - "skills" on its own would be fine, adding "efficient" would be gilding the lily and might mark you as a non-native speaker of British English.

    Problem solving is two words, not a hyphenated word. Too many people try to hyphenate $#it that doesn't need hyphens.

    Yes, it's human relations. Then again, it's also English communications and computer operations.

    You shouldn't ever put a hyphen in it, if it sounds weird in the sentence then its probably better to say "solving problems" instead of "problem solving"

    Also - yes, it's human relations. There is more than one relation so it's plural.
