Because the Bible says of humans: “All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” (Roman 3:23) Because the more than seven billion people on earth are imperfect, personality conflicts are inevitable. How can we make peace under such circumstances?
The Bible offers good advise. It describes the Creator as “the God of peace,” whose name is Jehovah. (Hebrews 13:20; Psalm 83:18) God wants his earthly children to enjoy peaceful relations. And in this regards, he takes the lead. When the first human couple sinned against God, breaking off peaceful relationship, he immediately took steps toward reconciliation with his human creation. (Corinthians 5:19) Consider three things that you and I or everybody can do to make peace with others.
Forgive Freely - What does the Bible say? “Continue putting up with one another and forgiving one another freely if anyone has a cause for complaint against another. Even as Jehovah freely forgave you, so do you also.” - Colossians 3:13.
Talk it out - What does the Bible say? “If your brother commits a sin, go lay bare his fault between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have gained your brother.” - Matthew 18:15
Be Long-Suffering -What does the Bible say? “Return evil for evil to no one... But. ‘if your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink.’” - Romans 12:17,20.
“Do not let yourself be conquered by the evil but keep conquering the evil with the good,” says the Bible. - Romans 12:21.
To make peace with others, we need to work to display humility, insight, patience, and love. But peaceful relations are surely worth it!

WHAT WE NEED is a true workable basis, that all mankind need to agree on. Note please what a person of authority referenced as the "peace" of Christ "presence" , not the "peace process"--
(John 14:26, 27)
“. . .. 27 I leave YOU peace, I give YOU my peace. I do not give it to YOU the way that the world gives it. Do not let YOUR hearts be troubled nor let them shrink for fear.”

A BOOK THAT SOLVES PROBLEMS
2 The Bible can be of tremendous practical value to us. Many thinking persons have acknowledged this fact. As an example, there is the following report in Treasury of the Christian Faith by S. J. Corey concerning a conversation between the Hindu leader Mahatma Gandhi and the former British Viceroy of India, Lord Irwin:
“Lord Irwin paid a visit to the Mahatma in his ashram. During the conversation Lord Irwin put this question to his host: ‘Mahatma, as man to man, tell me what you consider to be the solution to the problems of your country and mine.’ Taking up a little book from the nearby lampstand, Gandhi opened it to the fifth chapter of Matthew and replied, ‘When your country and mine shall get together on the teachings laid down by Christ in this Sermon on the Mount, we shall have solved the problems not only of our countries but those of the whole world.’ That from a Hindu!”
