Temperatures vary in December... mornings start with around mid 30 degrees and increase gradually thoughtout the day... most days, low 70s.. by mid day ...
This is a good time to go to Disney. The rush of Thanksgiving holiday is over, and it is before the Christmas rush. The filming of the Christmas parade is done the first weekend of December which brings a crowd. Other than that little fact where you can just avoid Magic Kingdom itself on the main Saturday filming day, you will be fine.
No tornadoes. No major weather issues that would affect your vacation. just bring a jacket, hat and gloves for the LATE nights/very early mornings.
Rarely rains in December.... our rainy season is over by then...

-the average high for that time of year is about 72. most daysyou can expect it to be between the mid 70's and low 80's but be aware there can also be days where the temps are in the 50's-60's.
the night time low is about 52.
i recommend bringing mainly shorts and some pants, t-shirts, and a hoodie or light jacket for early in the morning and later at night.
-they are A LOT quieter. the first half of december is noted to be literally the least crowded time of the entir year.
-not typically although i do know that when my parents were there around that time in 2008 there was a small tornadoe while they were in a souvenir shop and then when they drove down I-4 they saw a tracker trailer tipped over.
-december is a pretty dry time for the area. typically you'll have maninly sunny skies.

I'm going in December also! It is a great time to go as long you avoid the holiday season, which you are doing so that is good. There are almost always crowds, but wait times for rides should be very short. You may be able to walk on and not wait for some attractions.
The temperature will be absolutely wonderful! It may get a little cool but otherwise you will probably be comfortable. According to the weather channel ( http://www.weather.com/weather/wxclimatology/month... ), average high and low for the month of December are 72F and 51F. So the first two weeks of December on average may be a degree or two warmer than that.
Average precipitation for December is 2.89 inches. Storms are a possibility in December but the chances are that there will not be one.
Big tornadoes are not common in Florida. Maybe you meant Hurricanes? If so, Hurricane season ends November 30th. So a hurricane is possible but very unlikely.
You should definitely check the weather channel's 5 and 10 day forecast a couple of days before you leave to have a better idea of what to expect.

Average high is 72, average low is 51. So you'll probably need clothes you can layer as the evening gets cooler. That is definitely a time of year where you could hit a hot or cold spell, though, so be sure to check right before you go.
Yes, the first two weeks of December is one of the lowest crowd times of the year, so you can expect the crowds to be much less than peak time.
Both tornado and rainy seasons are over.

Ive not been in early December, however ive been during November, January and February... all great times :P
theyre not quieter... I think it has more to do with the week... like November 4th to 6th this year was PACKED but 7-11th was not packed at all :P
So it is all about the days themselves...
I have a house in Florida... Tornadoe/Hurricans season is like July-September...
Rainfall is frequent, but doesnt last long :P

The weather should be nice, around the 70s and you won't have to worry at all about tornadoes, since the hurricane season will be over by then.

The average high is 72.9 the low is 51.3. The park will be busy since christmas is coming. Where did you get tornadoes from its Florida not Kansas. Doesn't rain much in december.
