I accidently gave someone's answer a bad rating instead of a good one. How to I change it?

Nothing highlight's when I roll over the bad rating "thumbs down" icon. I should be able to change it, right?

Update:

Thanks for the answers guys...From now I'll pay close attention (sometimes my dyslexia makes me do things I did not mean!) Also, here's what it says about points and thumbs up/down on the Point System Info page:

Receive a "thumbs-up" rating on a best answer that you wrote (up to 50 thumbs-up are counted) 1 per "thumbs-up"

It's permanent. If the other user allows IM or email, you can always just write a short note and apologize. Then he or she will know you didn't mean it. Click carefully. There's a lot of stuff on this site that cannot be undone.

Sorry once you have given a thumbs up/down you cannot change it. I would not worry about as the answerer may not even return to the question so will not notice it. There are users on this site that just like to give thumbs down out of badness so really no one pays any attention to thumbs down.

You can't change it. Those ratings really mean nothing so just move on.

You can't. Plus who really cares that much about ratings anyways.
